At DoulosDesigns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the original items, including all tags and packaging, securely into a shipping box or mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
